		<description>The C.C.S.S. is not certainly is not big business monopoly as you so put it. For most of this country is the only access to universal healthcare they can have access to. Can you imagine how much money would families in this country, specially poor families would have to invest in health care if that institution (NOT BUSINESS) if they had to pay to private companies. 
Yes the interface between the public and the bureaucracy that such a huge public service is not perfect. But the level of service and sacrifice that doctors and nurses provide to the country is simply outstanding. 
Most of the institutions that were created in the same time that the Caja was created are a really important part of how this country became what it is. Specifically suggesting that they turn to business like companies will mean the demise for most of this country population</description>
