INS varies. You can bring insurance from elsewhere, lots do and it seems to work at the mainstream hospital. 

For a family of 4, the insurance I am guessing, private that is, could be around $2400 a year. I think 80-% in hospital and outside too. Though, it's tricky getting doctors to use the insurance, sometimes you have to pay all and then get reimbursed. Lots of forms.</description>
